 Blue skies

Calm waters

Warm breeze

Deep in nature

Ahhh... inspiring and healing

Yes

But no!

Small but relentless

Attack their prey they do

And gone 

Are the blue skies of inspiration

Gone

The calming waters of healing

As we flee 

Those blood suckers!

A smile comes now

Of course

Life's challenges

With hindsight 

Funny can be!

And today

Here at home

The dry spell ends

It's raining!

Ahhh... inspiring and refreshing

Yes!

Must be time for a poem

As I hear the pitter patter

Overcast and cool

I'm overjoyed

Mmmm...!
